Incorporator tillers are used as the ultimate in one pass cultivation. The unit will rototill the soil up to 4” deep and then the rear pressing roller smooths and firms the ground back to a very drivable flat surface. Grower will make several passes with their discs to bring the floor of the vineyard to an acceptable flatness. But with the Gearmore incorporator, it’s done with one pass. The pressing roller is adjustable but does not float keeping the soil from becoming powdery. Growers have the choice of 8 different widths from 69” all the way to 160”.
